Who Are You?
eShoppers.uk is based in the UK and, currently, supplies retail household, pet items, electronic goods, toys and clothing to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Our ranges are added to on a regular basis and we offer many items from some of the major suppliers and designers. Our aim is to supply good quality items at a fair price.
Is My Item In Stock?
Our stock is updated daily and items will be removed from sale when numbers are low. In the event that an item has become unavailable we will contact you to either cancel the order or ship with the missing item following on at a later date - there will be no additional shipping charge for this item.
How Much/Fast Is Shipping?
Standard posting and packaging is based on the weight of the order (grams) and will show in the order details before payment is required. We ship to most of the countries in the world - and will add more as reliable carriers become available. We process orders within 24 hours (incl Weekends and Bank Holidays). UK - we post First Class in the UK for smaller items and use DPD for larger ones. UK delivery is usually 1 - 3 working days, but can take 7 - 10 working days for more remote areas. If your parcel fails to arrive within 15 working days please contact us - email@example.com Europe - delivery is usually 3 - 10 working days but it can take up to 20 working days for more remote areas. If your parcel fails to arrive within 25 working days please contact us. USA / AUS / Rest of World - delivery is usually 4 - 15 working days but it can take up to 25 working days for more remote areas. If your parcel fails to arrive within 30 working days please contact us. Please note we do not ship to Post Office box numbers other than Forces eg BFPO. British Forces addresses must have the full title of the service person it is being sent to. They must have a registered BFPO number and must not contain a UK postcode as the delivery is made by the BFPO number alone whether it is going to the UK or an overseas base.
Our shipping is based on weight and, usually, buying several items won't really lead to a shipping discount but, if you're buying in bulk then we use a courier and it can be possible to reduce the costs of shipping. So if you're wanting 100+ of an item or mix of items then please contact us ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) and we can work out a quote for you.
Do You Offer Express Shipping?
Yes, but due to using different couriers in different countries you will need to contact us ( email@example.com ) for a quote. Please provide item name, your location and when item is needed by. Please note we do not express ship to all countries, it just isn't feasible, but we are happy to provide a free quote when we can.
Is My Payment Secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via the secure servers of trusted online payment processors. Your payment card details are not given to eShoppers and we cannot access them. They confirm to us that the details supplied have been verified and the address is confirmed.
